Counsellor in Ashtead, Surrey for Individual and Couple Counselling
Hello and thank you for visiting my website.I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor and I offer counselling to young people, adults of all ages and couples.

If you would like couple counselling, but your partner will not come with you, don't worry as we can still work with your relationship issues.
My counselling practice is located at 'Body Tonic' in Ashtead village (only 5 mins. drive from Epsom or Leatherhead).
The clinic provides an environment which is confidential, professional and friendly.

How Does Counselling Work?
Counselling is a ‘talking therapy’ I will provide a safe environment for you to talk about your difficulties without giving you advice or telling you what to do. I will be respectful of your feelings however difficult they may be for you to own.
Without judgement or prejudice I will encourage you to discover your own answers through developing 'self knowledge'.Counselling may be concerned with addressing and resolving specific problems,making decisions,coping with crisis,working through feelings or inner conflict or improving relationships with others.The overall aim is to help you live more fully and satisfyingly.
Location
The clinic is in the heart of Ashtead village and a 5 minute drive from Epsom and Leatherhead and within easy reach of Oxshott,Cobham,Ewell and Esher.Car parking is less than a 2 minute walk and Ashtead mainline railway station is less than 10 minutes walk away.
